For the first time in a year and half, I've been able to sleep without nightmares of bed bugs. I've tried to treat them myself with products I've bought online. Great company, great people.  I knew within the first minute of talking to them that I had made the right choice. Treatment was $300 cheaper than Terminix and a free 1 year warranty which Terminix wanted $450 for. It took them about 2 hours to do the whole house and they came back for a free follow up inspection a few weeks later. They are the nicest people you will ever meet and they got the job done right the first time. Bed Bug Solutions Cincinnati is a family-owned business, and Jen and Mark (and their sister-in-law) are very personable--indeed, they actually FELT like family in the care they took with my elderly parents' home. In spite of a severe infestation, they managed to preserve my parents' important family belongings, including irreplaceable heirlooms, photographs/art prints, lifetime souvenirs, and other personal valuables, as well as some not-so-important ones. The staff of Bed Bug Solutions Cincinnati are much more than mere exterminators. Admittedly, their fee was a bit painful, at first glance, but all three of them worked very, very hard and did excellent work. Now, after the initial job is done, I can confidently say that, in my opinion, they absolutely earned their entire fee. Mark and Jen are very understanding of how horrible finding bugs in your home is. They came out the same day I called and treated my house. I havent seen a live bb since! Ok I cant tell you how panicked I was when I first discovered that our condos had a bed bug issue. I called several different places and was getting a lot of conflicting information about what treatment works and so on. Mark and Jen really impressed me with their level of support from the beginning. They were even on vacation and continued to answer my crazy questions. They won me over with their level of support. My only hesitation was that I couldn't understand why people would go with the $2K+ treatments if theirs was more affordable. Whats the catch? Well, there is none. People only go with the more expensive options because they don't know any better. Very quick to respond and prompt. Very professional and knowledgable. Eased our minds quite a bit because we were extremely embarrassed as we have a very nice and clean home, to have a bed bug issue. Completed the treatment same day, no smell or safety concerns with the spray they used. They stated a 1 year guarantee and 2 week follow-up to checkup just to be sure. Although they only confirmed 1 real room issue, we found some dead bugs in a few other rooms so we went with a whole house treatment to be safe for our own piece of mind as we felt it was a better value. They said the treatment kills and prevents a bunch of their bugs, so it covered our future intention to spray for prevention of ants and spiders. Still too early to tell if they cleared the problem, but quickly after treatment, we were cleaning up dead bugs all over the contaminated room, nor have we seen any live ones, and we have their free followup treatment in two weeks if needed. I was lucky enough that after inspecting my beds, they informed me that I did not have bed bugs.
